1. Subscriptions (Premium $12.99 / VIP $22.99 — monthly / quarterly / annual)
Pre-launch status. While hosted checkout is unavailable, no new paid subscriptions or paid Credits are being sold through our website. The terms below apply to existing paid users and to purchases made after checkout is enabled.
(a) Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid period remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rata refund is provided for unused subscription days.
(b) EU / UK / EEA users — first subscription only. You have the right to withdraw from your first subscription purchase within 14 days without reason (Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 9; UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 regs. 29-30). If you used any premium feature during this window, you agree that the digital service has begun performing and you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal for the portion already performed (CRD Art. 16(m); UK CCR 2013 reg. 37). You must affirmatively check the "I expressly request immediate access and acknowledge I lose my 14-day withdrawal right once the content is delivered" box at checkout for this waiver to apply.
(c) Billing disputes must be reported within 60 days of the charge. Contact [email protected].
2. Credits (in-app currency, one-time purchase)
(a) Nature. Credits are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and not a stored-value or gift-card product. They may expire only where permitted by law and as shown at checkout. While hosted checkout is unavailable, no new paid Credits or subscriptions are being sold through our website.
(b) Refund eligibility. Credits are delivered as digital service credits for use only inside AImusphere. Refunds are generally not provided once credits have been delivered or used, except where required by law, where a charge was unauthorized, duplicate, or caused by our error, or where a paid feature fails due to our technical fault and we cannot provide the service.
(c) EU / UK / EEA users — every credit purchase. Each credit purchase is a separate distance contract. Under CRD Art. 9 + UK CCR 2013 regs. 29-30, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for every covered credit purchase. Before completing each purchase, we may ask you to affirmatively request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge the statutory digital-content waiver where applicable.
3. Technical failures and service disruptions
If a paid feature fails due to our technical fault and we cannot fix it within 72 hours, we will refund the affected portion in credits or to your original payment method at our discretion. For EU / UK users, statutory remedies under CRD / UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 Part 1 Ch. 3 (repair, replacement, price reduction) remain available where they apply.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your registered address with: (i) your order ID if a payment exists, (ii) reason for the refund, (iii) any supporting evidence. We respond within 3 business days and, for approved refunds tied to an actual payment, process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days (EU / UK users: within 14 days per CRD Art. 13 / UK CCR 2013 reg. 34).
5. How to cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation does not require a phone call, and no retention offer will block the cancel flow. You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation is processed.
6. Governing law and chargebacks
US / global users: State of New York law (consistent with our entity registration). EU users: mandatory consumer-protection law of your member state of residence. UK users: law of England and Wales.
We encourage contacting [email protected] before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and resolve billing concerns quickly. If a payment dispute is opened, we may temporarily review related account activity while preserving any unused credits unless a separate Terms or Acceptable Use violation is confirmed.
